Option 1:  After lunch in Cape Agulhas, return with transport for rider and bike to Rawsonville.

Option 2:  Organise your own transport after arrival in Cape Agulhas. Please TAKE NOTE – Option 1 & 2 do not vary in price. Registration remains the same for both options.

We will have 2 riding groups to accommodate everyone.
15-20Km/h and a 20Km/h plus group.

Registration INCLUDES:
· Participation in the tour as a rider
· Accommodation for 2 nights (Fri & Sat)
· All meals (except Sunday lunch) & cutlery
· Nutrition while riding
· Support vehicles (e.g. safety vehicle, nutrition vehicle, transport of bedding, luggage, etc.)
· First Aid
· Transport for the rider, bike and luggage from Cape Agulhas to Rawsonville/Worcester on Sunday afternoon.
· Mechanical services for emergencies on the route (riders will have to pay for bike parts and regular services)

Registration EXCLUDES:
· Bedding (each rider has to bring his/her own bedding)
· Any bike parts (e.g. tyres, chains, etc.)
· Any special dietary preferences
· Transportation or accommodation for family members, supporters or friends
· Sorry, no bike wash
· Massages
· Water bottles for riders (bring own water bottles, we’ll give the liquids!)

Bring with:
· Mountain or gravel bike (+ all the bike gear you need)
· Own bedding (sleeping bag & pillow)
· Warm clothes for cycling and for general wear.
· Bike or Head light for the 1st day.  (We are departing from Rawsonville at 12h00, so we believe we will still arrive in daylight at Robertson, but for any unforeseen circumstances, rather bring a light to be safe.)
· Any special nutrition or medication which you use. Our rest stations on route will only provide general nutrition like bananas, nuts, potatoes, energy drinks, water, etc. So if you have a special concoction that keeps you going, bring it with.

1. Will there be a winner / medals / etc.?

No, this is a MTB Tour, not a race. The group of riders will aim to keep the same pace on the flats, while riders will be allowed to ride their own pace on the up- and downhills.

2. Will the tour be timed?

No, there will be NO official timing of the event. Each rider is welcome to time his own progress in a personal capacity.

3. What type of bike can I ride on?

A mountain bike (esp. Enduro / XC) or gravel bike would be fine. Most of the route will be on gravel roads.
